So in order to add videos to a gallery, you need to use Source Mode. You create a gallery with nothing in it, and then you upload your videos within the <gallery> perimeters. Then remove everything except the video title, and the video will be in the gallery with the position and size dictated by the gallery when you created it. Then you just add a "|" behind the title and add any descriptive factors. The alt. language one we use is just another gallery, but this time in a scroll box template.
See this page in source mode to get an idea about what I'm talking about; it sounds more complicated than it really is.
So, there's an odd case for one song that I'm not sure if it would be able to get a page here or not. Simply put, it comes from a Mod for a game, and considering the nature of that, it's likely to be considered a fanfiction thing (though the character is original)
Go to the dropdown box next to the "Edit" box, and you should see an option to edit in Source Mode. Open it up, then go to the gallery and add a video using the button on the right side of the screen. Once you've done that, delete the "File" extension and everything after the first "|" until its just the video title, then the video will be in the gallery.
Hi, I would like to ask about an issue that has been bothering me for a while, the video gallery doesn't allow two or more videos with the same title but I have tried and tried and still don't know how to change the title of a video in order to upload in the wiki different videos that happen to share it's title.
Ok, I was asking because that didn't seemed the case when I uploaded various covers for The Old Man of the Mountain page and because I somehow managed to change a bit the title of a video once without any idea about how i did it, I guess I did something wrong both times, next time I will do how do you say and if still doesn't work I'll ask again.
Look, I tried to add a cover for the song Grim Grinning Ghosts that shares the same title as the original version that I didn't upload when creating the page for that same reason. When I added to the page it just replaced the original video, am I supposed to wait until it happens or something?
So I put the Grim Grinning Ghosts one on the page; you put the URL in the video uploader and, it will title it "Grim Grinning Ghosts-0" to differentiate it from the first "Grim Grinning Ghosts". For the Old Man ones, it looks like neither of those are available any more (likely due to a deletion or channel shutdown).
I understand that this Wiki links to the Villians Wiki for certain things but The Villains Wiki is not a reliable source on the official lore of the FNaF series and they're worng about some animatronics
They Confused Glitchtrap with Spring Bonnie
They named Funtime Freddy's page "Funtime Frddy and Bonnie Puppet" and I requested a change to "Funtime Freddy and Bon-Bon" becuz that's the Bonnie Puppet's name
I named the "Funtime Freddy and Bonnie Puppet", since "Bonnie Puppet" is Bon-Bon's full name, and I'm working on getting Spring Bonnie's page renamed. We'll use Villains unless they don't have the page in question, and in this case they do.
I created a new article on this wiki but there are things I don't know how to do including putting a video in the info box and getting the lyrics to stay in the arrangement I want them to. It's really bugging me so if you could just give me some instructions that would be appreciated.
When you go to start a new page, there should be a message at the top saying "To create a page with the correct format, click the link below" followed by a red link that says "Click here!". Click it, and it will preload an infobox, poem tags, and everything needed for a page. To upload a video, go to your toolbar on the right side of the editor and click the tab that says "Video". Enter the URL and then hit "Upload", and the video should be added. If you need more help, just look at this page in Source Mode to help you out.
