"It's Never Too Late" is a song from the Disney Cruise Line's stage musical Twice Charmed. It features Franco DiFortunato (the Tremaines' Fairy Godfather) trying to convince Lady Tremaine, Drizella and Anastasia in participating in his plan to destroy Cinderella's happy ending.
It was performed by Ryan Dietz as Franco DiFortunato and three unidentified actresses as the Tremaines.
