"Hullaba Lula" is a deleted song from the animated television series The Simpsons. The song was intended to appear in the episode "Day of the Jackanapes", and would have featured Sideshow Bob singing about his plan to kill both Krusty the Clown and Bart Simpson.

The song was a parody of the song "Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah" from the 1946 Disney film, Song of the South and it was deleted from the episode due to the producers not being able to obtain the rights to parody the song.

The song was performed by Bob's voice actor Kelsey Grammer.

LyricsEdit

Hullaba lula, hullaba lay,
I can't wait to kill Krusty today.
Bart takes the wrap while I get away.
Hullaba lula, hullaba lay!

Mister Bluebird's got explosives.
Don't call out the Mounties,
They'll find clown in seven counties.

Lots of kaboomba headin' his way,
Hullaba lula, hullaba lay!

Other AppearancesEdit

  • The song was included in the album The Simpsons: Testify.
