"Snow & Heat Miser Song" is a song from the 1974 television Rankin-Bass stop-motion animated Christmas special The Year Without A Santa Claus. It features the two titular characters singing about their respective powers. It later reappeared in the 2006 live action remake of the same name and in the 2008 animated sequel A Miser Brothers' Christmas.
The original song was performed by the late Dick Shawn as the Snow Miser and the late George S. Irving as the Heat Miser accompanied by a chorus. The 2006 version was performed by Harvey Fierstein as the Heat Miser and Michael McKean as the Snow Miser, accompanied again by a chorus. The 2008 versions were performed by the late George S. Irving as the Heat Miser again and Juan Chorian as Snow Miser and a chorus.
Lyrics[]
I'm Mister White Christmas
I'm Mister. Snow
I'm Mister Icicle
I'm Mister Ten Below
Friends call me Snow Miser
Whatever I touch
Turns to snow in my clutch!
I'm too much
He's Mister White Christmas
He's Mister Snow
(That's right!)
He's Mister Icicle
He's Mister Ten Below
Friends call me Snow Miser
Whatever I touch
Turns to snow in my clutch!
(He's too much!)
I never wanna know a day
That's over forty degrees.
I'd rather have it thirty, twenty then five
And then let it freeze!
He's Mister White Christmas
He's Mister Snow
He's Mister Icicle
He's Mister Ten Below
Friends call me Snow Miser
Whatever I touch
Turns to snow in my clutch!
Too much
(Too much!)
I'm Mister Green Christmas
I'm Mister Sun
I'm Mister Heat Blister
I'm Mister One Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser
Whatever I touch
Starts to melt in my clutch.
I'm too much!
He's Mister Green Christmas
He's Mister Sun
He's Mister Heat Blister
He's Mister Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser
Whatever I touch
Starts to melt in my clutch
(He's too much!)
(Thank you!)
I never wanna know a day
That's under sixty degrees.
I'd rather have it
Eighty, ninety, one hundred degrees!
He's Mister Green Christmas
He's Mister Sun
(Sing it!)
He's Mister Heat Blister
He's Mister Hundred and One
They call me Heat Miser
Whatever I touch
Starts to melt in my clutch
I'm too much
(Too much!)
I'm Mister Green Christmas, I'm Mister Sun.
I'm Mister Heat Blister, I'm Mister Hundred and One.
They call me Heat Miser, whatever I touch,
starts to melt in my clutch.
I'm too much.
I'm Mister White Christmas, I'm Mister Snow.
I'm Mister Icicle; I'm Mister Ten below.
Friends call me Snow Miser, whatever I touch,
turns to snow in my clutch.
