"A Smile And A Ribbon" is a 1956 song by the American sister-duo Patience and Prudence in their album Your Careless Love.

It was later featured in the opening intro of HBO original series Welcome to Derry, a spin-off from the 2017-2019 IT duology. It features the history of Derry being presented through greeting cards as Pennywise the Dancing Clown/IT can be seen in the background terrorizing the town.
